How Can I Get A Perfect Score On The New SAT?
A perfect score of 1600 on the SAT is attainable by anyone through proper planning, creating and sticking to a schedule, and hard work.
First, ‘know thy enemy‘ – make sure you do your research and find out everything about the SAT – including past student experiences and past curves.
Then, find the material you want to use to study and prepare. I recommend starting with Khan Academy since they’ve partnered with College Board and offer material that is created by College Board, as well as, reviewing topics. I also recommend our Rock the SAT Math Test series, to help you get the perfect score on the SAT Math section.
Once you’ve finished reviewing all the material, you’ll need to focus on doing as many practice tests as possible. Check out this blog, I wrote on.
For the SAT math section, make sure you find out whatare and which topics are rarely or never tested at all. This will save you a lot of time and give you the greatest increase in your score during your studying.
During your SAT math practice, make sure you come up withand which ones to leave for the end.
Do the same thing for the reading and writing section. The reading section, in particular, is tough to complete in time. So, make sure you have athat you’ve practiced until it’s perfect.
Do as many practice tests as possible and make sure to analyze every question you get wrong, so you can learn from it and not make the same mistakes over and over.
Depending on your base level, you should be planning on preparing for 2 – 4 months.
Getting the perfect score is all about discipline, determination, and hard work. Anyone can do it.
